I’m thrilled I chose the Timber Ridge chair! With a 500-pound weight capacity, it’s perfect for taller folks like me—I'm 6’1” and weigh 269 pounds—and I find it super comfortable. At first, I thought it might be too big, but it turns out to be just right. I can even roll onto my side and get cozy if I feel like it! The fabric quality is fantastic, too—definitely way better than those cheaper “zero gravity” chairs. I put “zero gravity” in quotes because some don’t recline to 170°, which is essential for experiencing the actual zero-gravity experience, where your legs are elevated above your heart.As for weight, it’s around 20 pounds, so it’s not the most portable chair out there. I wouldn’t want to carry it to the beach, but it’s fantastic for lounging on the balcony or backyard! Plus, it comes fully assembled—unfold it, and you’re ready to relax. It looks great, too!

I’ve only had these chairs for an afternoon and I’m already ready to hand out 5 stars. Originally I had bought different (similar style but the smaller standard size) chairs from a different brand that were about half the price of these - they were not sturdy, not comfortable, had a detachable cup holder that never sat flat and after 3 weeks and 1 rain storm started rusting in every possible spot. I decided to return them and bought these as a replacement. These are about 1000 times better than the other chairs and worth every penny. They are extremely sturdy and I have no questions about the integrity of the listed weight limit. Whether you are on the plus side of size or perhaps very tall you will be very comfortable. Most people will enjoy a very roomy seat regardless of size. The glide when putting the chairs back is very smooth, the cushion is padded and there is a lock to keep you in the position you want to be lounging. The table is attached and can slide under to be stored or pulled out and attaches so it is flat and sturdy. As far as long term durability, that remains to be seen but I believe they are sturdy enough to last a long time if well cared for. I’m sure all of these types of chairs will eventually rust in the right conditions - I’ve decided not to find out and bought covers to protect them from rain and sun and also birds and stuff falling from the trees when not in use while sitting on my deck and they will be stored indoors in the winter. A+ on these chairs in every possible way.

This chair is pretty much what I expected: larger than your average lawn chair, easy to lean back and forward, and fairly comfortable. I like the adjustable pillow. You can slide it up and down so it can function as lumbar support or a headrest.Because of the chair's large size and sturdy construction, it is on the heavy side, not easy to carry if you're not strong. I wouldn't want to lug this to a family get together. I will probably just use it exclusively at home. I only weigh 135 pounds so I can't speak to the weight limit on the chair, but it seems really strong, like it could hold a lot of weight. --- The only problem with this chair is the ill-conceived cup holder/ side table. I couldn't figure out how to open the chair without having to break it off. I'm not a stupid person, but I'm also not a very patient person and I want things to be intuitive. This cup holder was not intuitive at all in my opinion, so I just decided to live with not having one attached to the chair. Not a big deal because I can just have an end table next to the chair, but annoying to pay for a feature that doesn't work.

This chair is such great quality. I bought it as a gift for someone who is around 360lbs and it fits him really well and it strong and sturdy. It is a bit heavy to carry around, but it is worth it to know that the chair will hold up and not break under weight. It lays almost completely flat when you lay back so you could even stretch out for a nice nap. Very impressed with this brand. Would recommend especially for anyone plus size who is looking for a comfortable and sturdy option.
