- Wonderful as an iced tea, either make as hot and allow to cool, add ice, or allow to cold brew in the fridge over night. In both cases, make a little stronger as the ice will dilute.
- Ingredients: Luxury organic green tea. Country of Origin: China. Region: South western near the Yangtze river.
- Hot tea brewing method: Heat water to 180°F or 80°C. Place 1 teaspoon of green tea per cup (and add 1 teaspoon for the pot) into the teapot. Pour the water into the pot and let it steep for about 3 - 5 minutes. Pour into your cup and enjoy. Alternatively, put the tea in a tea infuser and brew right in your cup. When preparing by the cup, this tea can be used repeatedly - about 3 times. Iced tea brewing method: Make as for hot, but add extra tea - when the tea has cooled a little, pour over ice.
