Hot Water = Happy Mama
We were unable to hook up a diaper sprayer to our toilet, so I had started searching for a shower head with a hose that would reach our toilet. This product was revealed about a week later, and I promptly purchased it. I set it up as soon as it arrived. It was easy and straightforward to install. I had to email them for instructions on putting the Dawg Collar on because they were not included, and they replied with a link to a video before I could even put my phone down! They said they will include instructions from now on. I emailed a second time because it kept tipping over from the weight of the Dawg Collar. Again, I received a quick response. It ended up being my fault, but they were helpful the whole time.It's been great to use with our cloth diapers, especially because we can use hot water. It has good water pressure that easily cleans every mess we've used it for. The Dawg Collar does get fogged up sometimes, but it's small enough that you can just look around it until it clears up.

Frustrating at first - worked well after that (edited)
Update after 5 months usage: read comment under reviewUpdate: Customer support was quick to reply to my email. But no real help because they don't know how their gadget could fail... and meanwhile I discovered the problem. I wasn't twisting the two parts completely straight. The reason for this is because they are 2 rather flimsy think plastic parts and it's easy for the spirals not to fit perfectly. It was almost invisible to the eye, but the twist was skewed. Once I fixed it, it's not spraying anymore. I'm still not so happy... the water pressure is very low and the hose vibrates wildly from time to time. Just not sure this product makes me feel at ease overall.Original review: I got this and at first was surprised most parts are made of plastic. I get that it should not be very heavy, but for the connecting parts to be made of plastic means it's flimsy. Then no plumber's tape was included. OK, that would have definitely been a bonus, but for $50 worth of plastic appliance... maybe plumber's tape in the box would have made my day! There is a wipe solution sample though... hm, OK, I prefer plumber's tape. The worst part is mounting it. No matter what I do the part where the white hose connects to the diverter leaks and sprays in all directions from the diverter itself. It's unusable. I am not sure what more to do. I tried with more plumber's tape, then with less. I tried with one washer, I tried with two washers, I tried without a washer! I tried everything - nothing works, the thing leaks like crazy. The part when I connected the shower head is fine. Surprise! My shower head has a metal connector. The part where I connect the diverter to the pipe also is fine. Surprise! The gadget does have a metal or sturdier part there. But the part where two plastic flimsy parts are trying to connect and form a tight bond with the plumber's tape is just not working as it should. I am also frustrated the seller doesn't have a phone number for customer service to help with mounting questions. But I sent an email so let's see how it goes. I'll update if there's a fix. Other than that I would have also preferred the hose to be a tiny bit longer or just stretch more. But overall I can't even evaluate if this works or not yet. Can't get it to stop spraying my whole bathroom!

I like the hose
I like the hose! Works well. The diaper collar does protect from splashing, though it makes the hose nozzel pretty far away from the diaper to effectively spray. I might take it off and get a spray pal/ diaper diamond (or make one, not sure yet). Buy this if you want to use your warm/hot water!!

No umph
Water flow through to nozzle doesn't keep pressure or increase enough to actually spray off waste. Disappointed in this product.

Fantastic Sprayer
We got this diaper sprayer when we were having trouble finding an adapter that fit the toilet in our apartment. So glad we gor this one instead! Very easy set up and great results. Our diapers get clean so much faster and even old EBF stains have been lifting out from the washes being more effective.The spray collar is not as effective as I would have liked, but for the quality of the sprayer I consider the collar to be more of a bonus anyways
