Good choice!

I’ve tried over 20 brands of vitamin c including other Solaray products, and once I found this one I’m never changing again. This vitamin c is so incredibly gentle on stomach causing zero issues or side effects and I’m very sensitive. The times release is excellent so I continually have some in my body at all times as I take this 2 times a day with 2-4 capsules a day depending on my needs. I can easily take 2 capsules at once for my 1,000 mg dose or spread it out. Can take with or without food, only need water. Easy to swallow and store. These have helped to strengthen my immune system, help cure illnesses, help my skin problems and enhance and boost my mood! Highly recommend!

This product is around $34 in Wholefoods. This is the best Vitamin C out there. Been buying this for years. It's rare to find 1,000 mg/capsule at this price. I take 4,000 mg and up to 8,000 everyday for ten years now. In 2004 as my mother was sick & dying, I was in very much in stress. One morning I woke up heavy fever, bad sore throat, and coughing heavily. I'm a vitamin junkie in nature and can pop in 10 or more pills in my mouth no problem, I wasn't myself this morning because I was so sick. I was transferring 15 Vitamin pills (500 mg/ea) to another bottle but I was interrupted and popped in my mouth all 15 Vit C pills by mistake. I screamed & said "Oh My God! I just swallowed 8,000mg of Vit C!!!" By lunch time my fever, sore throat, cough all DISAPPEARED! Since then, I've been taking 4,000mg or more everyday and have NEVER ever got a cold or sick again. It's been 10 LONG years! There are a lot of things pharmeceutical company don't tell you and Vitamin C have lots of testimonials people getting healed. The worst that can happen when you take too many is diarrhea. If I get stomach cramps which I don't since I am use to taking this, I just drink 2-3 TBSP of Apple Cider Vinegar mixed with water and its gone in 5 minutes. My husband no longer get sick (he used to get sick all the time) and I tell all my friends and family about Vitamin C.
