Great cheese
I’ve started to buy Arla Lacto Free cheese as my partner is lactose intolerant. This cheese tastes great and importantly melts really well. I used it to make a roux cheese sauce, a macaroni cheese and a cauliflower cheese. Both turned out perfectly. It’s a little pricey but worth it.

Finally a product that not dry and flavourless
My children love this cheese with them both having intolerance to diary it's a pain finding similar products that they love. Great for toasties x

Amazing!
When I was first diagnosed as lactose intolerant 30 years ago, the products on the market were truly awful and I avoided anything marketed as lactose free ever since. I went to my friends for lunch and she announced that she had made lactose free cheese omelette, my heart sank! I had the tiniest mouthful and it was delicious, I asked if she was sure it was lactose free and she showed me the packet. The omelette was devoured and I went shopping for lactofree cheese on the way home! It tastes just like cheese, you can cook with it, it melts on toast perfectly and is amazing on a baked potato, its the only cheese in the house now as my husband and son like it too.
