I wish I'd bought this years ago! I guess I was resistant to spending so much on a ice pack and stuck with the small flimsy wrap I'd been using for years. This is so superior to any other pack, it was worth every pence. What I like best is that the ice pack itself is divided into compartments to maintain a fairly even distribution of gel throughout the pack (though this could be improved even further). I stick the whole thing in the freezer and it's fine - no need to remove and replace pack itself. A spare ice pack comes with it, though I'd prefer it didn't just to bring price down a bit. The wrap is also large, soft, can be walked in, and will fit anyone since the velcro sticks to every inch of the wrap. I'm petite and I do wonder if that is why I can't quite get a super tight fit - or maybe it's that my freezer is too cold; I usually leave this out for 5 min before putting on my skin to ensure that it is soft enough to fit closely. I may just need to readjust straps better for a closer fit. Overall, highly highly recommend. I hope this product takes off more and that higher volume of sales gradually brings the price down a bit.

As an avid runner I am often looking for the next best thing to aid my recovery.We're all aware of the protocols of resting, hydrating and recovery.I've used other smaller ice packs to help with the aches/pains to my legs over the years but have never been able to direct it to all areas at the same time. Until now.The design of this allows my hamstrings and upper half of my calves to recover using the ice pack, it's shape allows easy use of the product without readjusting.Typically I'll re-freeze the product once used which takes 2 hours before taking it out and using it again for my quads.For the price point of the product, it's a really unique design which is perfect for allowing your legs to recover, it would also be a great shape to lay on to ice your back as well due to it's tapered design.

The product works fine where it touches but is not as flexible as suggested in the blurb. Thus it only makes contact along the central spine and does not really wrap round the leg, the outer edges of the pack left sticking out into thin air. If you want it to hug the leg more closely, then you need to devise a strapping system. Useful but could have been even better.

Marvellous gets cold in the fridge. Covers the whole leg and as mine are swollen it is very comforting

I recently broke my ankle and it swelled up like a balloon. I needed something to bring the swelling down and help lessen the pain. I borrowed a cold therapy wrap from a friend initially but needed one for myself. I looked for the same one my friend lent me but it would have cost $120 to import from USA where it is manufactured. I thought this is way too much and googled for something similar. This came up on Amazon and looked very comfortable and a reasonable price. It arrived very quickly and I have used it as and when needed. I was not disappointed, it is very easy to use. Freeze the ice packs for 3 hours and then slide into the fabric wrap which is secured by press studs. It is so comfortable and does the trick. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs pain relief and help to reduce swelling around your ankle.

Great product. I bought 2. Just leaving them in the fridge for a few hours gives you long lasting cool legs.I put them in the bed an hour before sleep. They keep me cool all night. The cover is wipeable, and the product is certainly of very high quality.

Bought for my granddaughter who suffers with shin splints after running. She reports that these ice packs are very helpful

This is a great ice pack however after 5 days of using as per the instructions the fabric has split and is leaking gel

Good quality and stays in place due to good Velcro. Used it a lot after my knee operation. Not the most expensive as well.
