Set of 4 Midwood G25 Vintage Filament 40W (E26) Bulbs

I've been looking lately into spicing up my home's lighting. With so many lighting options available now, I did my research. For my guest bathroom fixture, I wanted to change the bulbs to something a little more decorative as well as functional. I took a chance on these because of positive reviews as well as the very distinct and decorative design. The price seems pretty cheap as well compared to other bulbs in this range. They came in good packaging and when I installed all four and turned on the light, I was amazed. These are absolutely gorgeous lit. You can see the individual threads in each light lit up. They definitely add a WOW factor to your bathroom lighting. My Guest Bathroom is in my main hallway, and sometimes now when I walk by, I just turn on the lights so I can look at them for a few seconds. They are seriously that kool. As far as the light they give out, I love the warmness of them. My previous bulbs for this fixture gave off a very bright daylight, which I had gotten tired off. These lights are much more soothing and relaxing. They are suppose to last around 3,000 hours or so each. I definitely will be ordering more of these in the future.

Love the vintage look of this light bulb. It worked perfectly for the custom hanging wall lamp that I made. I also like that I can grab the bulb after it has been on for awhile and not burn my fingers. This is important due to the fact that it is hanging out in the open without anything covering it and the switch to turn it on and off it right beside the bulb where I end up touching the bulb a lot whenever I turn it on and off. The bulb it also not overly bright, It puts off and orange-ish, yellow-ish color that is not blindingly bright. It is perfect as a decorative bulb or night time, bedside bulb.

I love these bulbs! They are beautiful, I have them in an antique fixture above my whirlpool tub. My fixture is from the late 1800's/early 1900's and has exposed bulbs so these were perfect (see my attached picture). Everyone who has seen the light has asked where I found the bulbs and commented on how pretty they are!They are definitely NOT good for task lighting, they put out a very soft amber glow. They're perfect for an area that needs a little light but you wouldn't want this to be the only light source in the room. I tested all 4 bulbs when they arrived, none were DOA. I've used them daily for 4 or 5 months so not sure just how long they'll last.

The 40w's are best in pairs, just make sure you know it will be a moody glow, perfect for the right lamp or room, not so ideal for a large room(unless you use at least three for the living room) with that said, they are beautiful and I personally enjoy a warmer light rather than a white light.

Beautiful. I was looking for something warm, not too bright, not too pricy and this is the one. I bought 7 sets of this (28 light bulbs) recently for my personal project and unfortunately I had to return one set because a filament of one bulb of a set was broken when I received. But except for the failed one, all bulbs work perfectly for my needs. These bulbs are very delicate, one was already blown before I even inserted it.

These look great in my bedroom. They are a warmer/yellow light, which is what I was looking for. I use these in place of regular bulbs in the sconces in my bedroom. I was going for a vintage look and removed the glass domes and just used the "naked" light bulbs with my mid-century style gold sconce bases and it is just the look I am going for. I have four (two each on opposing walls) in a 18'x13' bedroom. We do also have small bedside table lamps for reading, but other than that, I find it to be enough light for the whole room.

These bulbs are absolutely gorgeous!!!! I am in love with these bulbs. I have them in all 3 of my bathrooms (The guess, the main & the master) that's how much I love them. They are not super bright but I have other lighting in my bathrooms to compensate if needed plus I have more then 1 bulb in my bathrooms ex. 3 bulbs in guess, 4 bulbs in main & 6 bulbs in master it really gives it a nice rich ambiance like a bathroom in a private country club lol
