Too strong. And bad return service
I was replacing halogen 37w. I bought those claiming they are 35w. They are so strong my wall outlet did not respond to dimming and I could not even turn them off. At off they stayed on!! I bought 35w Feit. Also. This store uses usps return labels. They ship priority and the return is first class. You cannot re-use their priority box. Usps refused it. I was told to buy a first class box. I thought I will open the box and flip the box upside out. Usps thought about that little detail too... the inside is printed priority. The planet tries to go green!!

Not Sure as to Quality
The bulbs were not in a box and were wrapped in a manner that left questions in my mind as to whether these were factory fresh.
