At first I wasn't sure that these highlighters would work as I needed. But when I got used to using them, they seemed to work out very well. The color never "bled" through the thin pages. Regular highlighters bleed through so much it looks the same on the side you highlight as the back side where you didn't want to highlight. There is a tiny bit of waxy residue that I was concerned with, but the pages do not stick together.Another benefit to these markers is that the highlight is not too dark. Even the blue is a light blue, so that you can easily read the text that is highlighted.Overall, I am very pleased with these highlighters and after trying many other solutions from regular highlighters to colored pencils, this is (IMHO) the best solution for thin bible pages.

This doesnt bleed through. But it's annoying to use. Its crayon type material, not markers so you have to use very lightly and make sure there's no residue or when you close that page it transfers to the page and leaves dirty mark's.

My husband bought a new Bible and wanted to transcribe the same markings from his old Bible to his new one. He old Bible was heavily marked with notes, underlines, etc He wanted to find markers that did not bleed through the pages of his Bible. These markers work fine. He would like the markers to create markings that are a little thinner. However, this has not been a problem. He has large hands and fingers and I was afraid that would create a problem for him, but these work fine for him. .

These are very cool. Don't use them like a highlighter though.....Highlight the entire section so that it all stands out as the waxy material lends itself more to a box effect than a highlighter. Lovely when done this way.

I like the colored highlighter pens. They're some kind of gooey gel that marks smoothly and cleanly on my Bible without bleeding through. The black pen that comes with it, though, is another story. It does bleed through. So, I don't use it in my Bible, but it's a nice fine-line drawing pen, so we just repurposed it.

These markers and the included black fine point pen did the job. My preference is for a similar "purposed" product that includes a transparent ruler to help with underlining verses and making notes in the margin of my Bible. Except for that, these markers do what I want them to do and don't bleed through the pages of my Bibles.

They work great and do not bleed which is what I needed. They do take some time getting use to but they are easy to work with once you do.

Wish I had known these weren’t eligible for return or I wouldn’t have purchased them. Now I’m stuck with half dried up markers that won’t work in my study bible. Would not purchase these again and they’re useless to me bc the seller doesn’t stand behind their product and accept returns or exchanges.

Grossly overpriced rubbish that smears unevenly.
