Good Quality Part and DIY friendly.
Perfect fit for my 2016 Chevrolet Cruze. Looking back at my work 4 days after my DIY installation and no signs of leakage. It fixed the engine code PO171 system lean on bank 1. It’s good quality DIY friendly and worth the price.

Not good. Flimsy gasket, cheap bolts. Defective PCV valve diaphram.
Replaced the valve cover in my daughters 2014 Chevy Cruze 1.4l turbo with this product. After the work was done I still had the check engine light and fault code P0171. So I replaced several other parts including the coil pack, purge valve, neg battery cable, and O2 sensor. I still had the same issue so I took it in to a shop. The mechanic said the valve cover is defective and showed me where the PCV valve diaphram in the valve cover was leaking. So several hundreds of dollars later and hours/days of frustration thinking that it must be something other than the vavle cover, I'm picking up the GENUINE GM PART (OEM# 25203036) tomorrow. Other things: The gasket that was installed in the Mitzone cover was leaking. The bolts are cheaply made and I was concerned (from reading some horror stories) about snapping one. The valve cover on this car is apparently a common issue. Unless I was one of the unlucky ones out of a thousand to get a defective one, buy an original OEM part.

You need to fix the real cause for this PCV valve to fail
See CRUZEKITS web site, a retro fit kit fixes this common trouble, this cam cover replacement will not last due to the INTAKE manifold inner check valve failure, that causes this covers PCV diaphragm to rupture . CRUZEKITs has a great redesign that will fix the Cam Cover PCV failures .

Poor Quality | Oil Leak
I’ve Chevrolet Cruze 2014 LTZ 1.4. I installed but all oil from engine waste due to big leak in this valve cover please never buy this product from this seller. Thank you.
