It Just Works
I bought this light combo and have been nothing but pleased. The light works and even on low it is more light then I need when riding at night. I live in Winnipeg Manitoba. The weather gets down to -35. Even in this weather the light works the whole time I am out there. I really like the charge by USB as well. It makes it very convenient and easy. Over all I would highly recommend this product. You will love it.I am a photographer and I have been using the lights in my photos. They add a lot of colour. Here is a like to the gallery in which I use the light. https://www.rosspenner.photos/fat-bike-photos. Have fun with it!

Excellent
This light is amazing. I previously had a 'technically' brighter light, but this light *seems* brighter because of how much better the light is distributed. It's surprisngly small, coming in and out of its mount easily. Yet the mount securely holds the light even when riding over potholes, curbs, etc. It's easy to charge (the typical micro-USB). The included modes are great: dim, bright, brighter, brightest (you have to double tap the button to get that last one). There are two additional modes that are a bit difficult to get to. You have to hold the button for some number of seconds (7?). But holding the button for 3 (?) seconds turns it off. It's a bit counter-intuitive (to me). Those two modes are: (1) a flashing that alternates between dim and bright. That is, the light is constantly on dim, but it flashes a bright one every half-second or so. (2) normal bright strobing.Considering this set included the (stellar) tail light for ~$4 more than *just* getting the headlight, I'd say it's a not brainer. That light is also good. It's a bit strange to me that it seems to prioritize steady-on light, rather than flashing light (i.e. the first two settings are steady-on lights, and the latter two are flashing). Maybe it's just me, but I always use a flashing tail light. There is a nifty mode where it kinds of slowly fades between dim and bright though. The battery life for both has thus far been stellar. Far better than the light they replace (which was technically brighter and had a huge external battery pack). I don't think I'll ever buy another brand of bike light from now on. These guys know how to make one!A minor thing - but one that I appreciate. The build quality is outstanding. This thing seemd like it's cast aluminum. It is solid, with no wiggles or gaps to speak of.

Good quality, value for money, long lasting.
I think this set is the best bang for the buck. I bought a 2nd set for my wife. Recommended, and would buy again. The only dislike is directed at NiteRider: At this price, you SHOULD be including the rack-mount connection for the rear light. Many/most people want to mount this to a rack. Amazon / NiteRider is charging $36 bucks for the tiny plastic rack-mount piece. I'd have to pay $75 for my 2 sets. Gimme a break NiteRider.

Will keep you and the road visible
Great value for the money. I use them daily. Good battery life so long as you aren't always running boost, which you will rarely need. One of the best features is the mounting system, which can easily fit both round and flattened "aero" bars (if you're running true aero, there's more specialized lights for you that you should be looking for). Fitting flattened bars is a huge pain on clamping type systems, the rubber strap on this is superior here. The added Sabre rear light is an extra good deal. Clips easy into the mount or my saddlebag. Long lasting and the strobe gets everyone's attention coming up behind me.
