Morrisons Anti-Bacterial Cat Litter Clumping, 8L

I normally buy clumping cat litter from Tesco and have it delivered with my groceries, but it is often not available and recently has been replaced with "Ultra" at a higher price than the original. So I bought this with fingers crossed and it is absolutely fine. Quite dusty, but I can put up with that for the reasonable price and the fact that it works. It forms fairly decent clumps that are easy to pick up and although more expensive brands that I have bought in the past are much better - i.e. little dust and very solid clumps to remove - this is a good compromise. During the winter my two cats refuse to go outside too much, in fact will go out only to use the litter box as soon as they come back indoors, so I do use lots of it. At this price it is affordable and it really doesn't matter about a bit of dust. The cats approve too!

Not clumping quite well, and quite dusty. But it is cheap so sometimes we use as a substitution if we cant buy our usual one.

I usually get my clumping litter from pets at home, their own brand. But all clumping litters I've used in the past are almost sand like in texture. And the main function is that they clump.This letter has a harsh rock texture and DOES NOT CLUMP. It may seem that its clumping but a touch of a feather can break it down. This litter will also smell of urine very quickly and does not absorb well at all, leaving urine at the bottom of the litter tray.As it is a harsh rocky texture and does not absorb, it did not stick to the bottom of the litter tray and just slid off when cleaning. But smelled very bad.It should not be sold or advertised as clumping as it most certainly isn't.Going back to my old clumping litter.Don't waste your money on this product.

I tried this as alternative to twice as expensive trusted brand. Lesson learnt you get what you pay for. Pieces are very uneven with huge pieces of clay and tiny dust particles. Not really clumping and litter smells a lot. Back to my expensive litter as I don’t need to change it so often as it clumps really well and it stays fresh for much longer

This is not only a bargain for 2 X 8ltr bags for £9.99 from Morrisons! But it also clumps perfectly.I found a plastic scoop just gets to messy and is a nightmare to clean after, so I use a metal garden tool to shovel the clumped litter out, works perfectly.The litter doesn't stick to cats paws as he shakes a minute amount off as he exits tray.This product is good and fit for purpose, have bought it twice now.Will continue to buy this product.
