Made traveling with a broken ankle easier!
These are great. They fold very easily and are great for travel. I was able to store under the airplane seat. Very sturdy too.

Recommendation based on experience
I have been on crutches five separate occasions in my life, all for six months or more. I have had a lot of experience with crutches and scooters. These crutches are convenient, the folding feature is what sets them apart. What I have found is that knee scooters are best, but don't work for all situations (stairs, rough terrain, getting in and out of cars). The need to have crutches on hand is important, and these crutches are easy to carry and store in a vehicle.

Less out-of-pocket, but see comments for safe use.
Half the price of hospital-supplied crutches. Hospital crutches more basic & sturdy. The pads are more comfortable than the stiff, rubbery ones on my hospital crutches & less likely to make hands sore. This is also a hazard: The wing nuts on the handgrips come undone very easily (possibly because the pads are bigger). I would add a small drop of purple loc-tite to threads & consider a lock washer for safety. If you hear squeaks & rattles CHECK the wing nuts, especially if you use them on stairs (not advisable for crutches ever). These foldable crutches are not as easy to break down as you might expect, more for when needing room in a car. Generally good with these cautions. Hospital crutches are very similar & don’t come with lock washers, but do not work loose.

thse are worth the money.
Currently using these.. for outdoor use when I can’t use my scooter. They work. They are comfortable under the arms. Great for walking to the garage and such. Mine have been through the mud, etc and still look like new. I haven’t folded them down for travel- mainly b/c I don’t really go anywhere that would require it. I do use them every single day atleast 5-6 times/day. Not sure what I’ll do with them once I get hte cast off my foot…. It’s a love hate relationship with them….

Not as good as hoped for. Unsafe at any speed.
The crutches were very wobbly and unstable. I am 5'9" tall and 220 lbs so maybe I was at the limit of the design but I was not happy with them. Also even though I am not really all that tall, I was at the extreme adjustment of the settings. The ad says good up to 6'1" tall people. Don't believe it!By the way, I have been on crutches full time for 4 years so I am quite adept at using them. These were unsafe in my opinion. They may be serviceable for smaller, lighter people.

Life Saver!
I’m bone on bone on my right hip and surgeon is booked 3 months out. The pain from trying to walk and the inflammation causing nerves to be pinched, I was miserable to say the least. Upon another night of no sleep due to the pain I got on Amazon and searched crutches and found these gems! The pain is so much better from not irritating it with full weight. The crutches are sturdy and love the convenience of being able to fold up if needed. The only thing that made them even better watch the crotch caddy bag that Velcros on the side of the crutch! I can carry my phone and a drink now!! Highly recommend these crutches!

they are ok
I purchased these for the comfort of putting these into my vehicle and not taking any much space versus fixated crutches. The hand supports it too high and wish I can sit lower however, you cannot set this any lower than the area already that except for. They can support my weight just fine and that would be my only complaint of these crutches.
