I bought 3 bottles no charge for shipping, it really boost my energy, no side effect at all, it has all the amino acids I was looking for...BCAAs and GOAL, my friend who is Fitness Instructor got one bottle from me, and he knows this stuff.

The tablet itself isn't too bad sometimes if I don't have enough wanter in my mouth when I swallow it, it will have a hard time going down. I have never had any problems with it being too big. It seems like these tablets are working, I do have a lot of energy when I take them, I don't workout yet so I can't say how well they do for that.

Quality and price of this product are quite good. However, anyone with problems swallowing pills will definitely have difficulties with these. Although the caps are not large at all, they are uncoated and dull on the surface, almost like chalk. They don’t slide well and get stuck in the throat easily.

I could not swallow the tablets without them sticking in the back of my throat and causing me to gag! I threw out the tabs after one week of taking them. I have no problem with taking as many as 6 capsules at a time.

Hasall of the amino acids your body needs after a heavy workout. I can definatly feel the difference after the workout when i take this product. Pills are a little big but other than that great product.

The caps smell shitty like old mould. It seems that the caps might have some really odorous animal or plant products in it. As far as the health benefit goes , I never felt it helps as a pre-workout. I wont recommend it. Too bad I found it after Amazon's return policy period. Might throw it. Also the expiry date on it is already wiped out. It seems to be the reason for smell is an expired product or something
