Great Space but a little flimsy in stability!
I did not like that you needed a “pro” addition if you have a luggage rack on your bike.

May not be needed.
The time from ordering this product to the time I received it was excellent. I had it in 3 days. However, now that I have assembled it and figured out which hole to put it in on the rack, I don't think I really need the product. I have a men's hybrid and I don't see where it makes any difference in the way the bike is positioned on the bike rack. However, it does provide a little stability to the bike, so I decided to keep it. I have bumped into the bike handles a few times, and the bike has not fallen over. It is very stable.

Good Idea for Additional Support with the Bike Nook
I ordered this because my bicycle has a rear carrier and fender and thought it might be needed for better balance on the Bike Nook. As it turned out, it wasn’t required but I don’t regret purchasing it. Thank you.

Found it difficult to tighten the “arms” so they won’t spread from the slightest pressure.
The bike nook pro attachment assembled easily but I could not tighten it sufficiently to the “stand” ( which is excellent) to prevent the “arms” from spreading when the bike was put in place.

Does not seem worth the money
Instructions are unclear on how this accessory is used. It appears that it's only purpose is to add the 2 bars to prevent side to side movement. We are to adjust the width of these bars based on width of our rear rack or mudguards. However we tighten the bolts, there always is movement of these bars so they don't stay adjusted. I may not be using correctly add instructions are unclear, but as is, this is not serving any purpose at all...
