Q: How big is the hole for the chain?

It is a good size it can fit on a necklace or also the Pandora bracelet

Q: Does it come in a Pandora box?

Yes but not a traditional one. It’s a little paper box about half an inch wide, an inch tall and about 2 to 3 inches long. It has a little piece of tissue paper so you open the box up, I put a little piece of tape on the bottom so it would stay open put tissue paper and the charm in and then you pinch the box top shut flat so it forms a little triangle and fold the lip down like you would with an envelope and then it comes with a sticker that you stick it shut.
