But yeah did carrot, cauliflower and sweet potato soup. Very filling and good comfort food. Couldn't just drink it as is though as it is pretty bland. You have to make it you're own. I even added some concentrated beef stock to it just to bring up the flavors. All in all, very pleasant. But each to their own and make it your own. Look on Google for recipes. I did and really enjoy this with crispy baguette with butter dipping it in to the soup. And a sense of accomplishment making your own soup. This is a great base to start.
