Would buy again
I have worn these outside, all day, 5 days a week for two months- during one of the wettest springs we have ever had. They continue to be waterproof and are holding up well. Good griping tread, all day comfort. Good value for the money. I would buy again. I went 1/2 size larger and they fit well with my orthidic inserts.

Great shoes for yard work and landscaping activities
I bought these shoes for yard work and landscaping and they've been great so far. These shoes are durable, comfortable, supportive of the feet and ankles, and enable me to work outside for hours without discomfort. Well priced and highly recommended.

Amazing hiking shoe for the price!
So I wanted to wait a couple weeks before I wrote this review to try the shoes out. So I have had the NortiV8 shoes now for a little over 3 weeks now and I am super impressed with the overall quality, ruggedness and comfort ability of these shoes! I have now put about 60 miles on these bad boys from deep snow, rain puddles, mud and super rocky terrain, they have maintained there water proof ness almost 100% but I live in Washington state and that says it all, they are amazingly comfy right out of the box and super warm which is nice during those long cold snow hikes. The only complaint with these is that they are a little to big because the company doesn’t make half sizes of the shoe and I wear a 11 1/2 and I had to get a 12. I would rather get just a little to big than to small especially for the hiking aspect of things. I just went and bought an extra pair of insoles for them and their perfect now for the most part. I am someone who understands you get what you pay for and I feel with these that you get a whole lot more for the 50$ price tag! These are great hiking shoes if your just looking to get a pair and you don’t want to spend over the 100$ price tag, you won’t be disappointed!

Laces & Tongue design are FUBAR
Laces suck. That said, the fit, support, comfort, etc. are fine. The tongue design & lace loops are giving me a fit, pun intended. Every time I put them on (step ins, btw, a plus) & lace up I cuss the day I bought these. The tongue wants to stick out & tightening the laces is a pain, so much so that the laces are starting to fray after only a few months & will eventually break. That might be a good thing if different laces help solve the problem, but with the green color, finding the right laces that don’t clash horribly will be a challenge. It’s a shame that 4 star shoes get 3 stars because of the tongue design & lacing but they’re in your face 2x every time you wear them.

great shoes
i wanted a shoe for working in my yard and garden. One that is waterproof and sturdy and these are exactlywhat I needed. The soles are thick and sturdy along with a tough outer shell. I walk over two miles most daysand golf, I use them for that as well.

Solid shoes aside from the insoles
For what you pay they're pretty decent shoes. I have been wearing them almost daily for the past couple months and they've held up well. They're also reasonable comfortable. The reason I gave it four stars was the insoles didn't hold up. A few weeks back they started falling apart on me, with the top fabric layer peeling away and the foam underneath disintegrating. It started with the heel area but pretty soon the whole insole edge was starting to deteriorate all around. I ended up buying replacement insoles (different brand of course), and the shoes are just fine now. I've had insoles on shoes wear over time but I've never had any disintegrate like these ones. Insoles aside these are pretty solid shoes.

Great value
Brand new, feels good, a decent shoe , price was great for it. Really nice looking shoe. My only complaint is that the area were the big toe is a little bit tight.
