To provide you with context as to how I use the tools. I am not a high detailed Sculptor I make very large molds of boulders. With that said, I am very rough with the tools more of in a production mode. I'm using clay to fill in bad spots, make flanges and dam walls for silicone, latex, and whatever. The tools seem to be sturdy and are holding up so far if, I have an issue I will follow up with this review after I complete 6 more molds then, the cost of the tools will be justified.

Wish they sold these in sets of 2 or 3 as you definitely won’t need all these shapes but they are sharp and easy to hold

Kemper makes a solid and reliable clay tool. The design and quality build last much longer than other manufacturers products.

They weren’t as sharp as they should have been. I had to sharpen them before they cut cleanly, which is what you need if you’re a professional. It’s hard enough to actually find good tools, so these are only for what they cost, but they will need to be sharpened if you want to use them to make pottery worthy of awards.

I love Kemper tools seriously can’t go wrong with them. Perfect studio tools for a potter or student

Great, well made sculpting tools. Ribbons have sharp edges that carve very nicely through pumpkins... which I purchased these for. Very pleased with the high quality of these.

Good set for sculpting, they arent flimsy. Using these with a combination of other tools you can achieve great results. I left the clay next to the tools and a few hours later a head was being sculpted.
