Cyan cartridge from this pack will not print properly. Leaves a thick layer of cyan toner on the edge of each page printed. Printer read it as "used cartridge" and will display toner levels. Toner is still quite full, but chip needs reset..

Every cartridge leaked toner all over our printer after about 30% usage. Makes a mess.

All of these cartridges worked fine, so I thought we had gotten a great deal until we ran out of yellow toner - the last cartridge we used. After replacing the old HP cartridge with this one, every single page printed out yellow. By yellow, I mean the entire page was yellow - black & white pages were printed on what looked like yellow paper, so much so we checked the trays to see if there was yellow paper loaded. We ran cleaning page and checked the cartridge, and there was yellow toner all over the place - it was somehow leaking out of the cartridge. We had to run out and buy a new yellow (HP this time) and run a bunch of pages to get the leaked toner out of the printer. It was a mess & we are still getting yellow streaks now & again, two days later. Won't try to save money by buying these cartridges again.

all colors and the black cartridge work but the yellow does not work. just makes a clicking noise and will not let printer operate properly. will have to spend big bucks on hp cartridge. not satisfied

Overall happy with the product

I am really happy with GREENBOX, my new HP LASERJET PRINTER had no problems using this product I will buy again and againI would like to know if I can return when empty for recycling

We have been using these Carts for the last year or so, original ones are VERY Expensive.These work just as good, no problems yet....

It was such a great price and the color came out beautifully, vibrant!
