Dude, where's my yeast??!
I'm writing this review at the height of the COVID-19 global crisis, and all the yeast supplies seem to have disappeared overnight. So I paid 4-5x the usual price to hoard at least a year's supply of yeast, and given how great pizza dough and bread turn out with this, I may be running out sooner than later. :)And I have to say, there are rumors that one can make a decent batch of mead or even certain varieties of cider and beer with this beauty, so we shall see.

Two packages defective
Two of the 6 packages were half full, not hard bricks. They were sealed so it must of happened at the factory. They are unreturnable so I am stuck with them.
