These definitely assist me with lowering my stress. I have been taking these for about 8 months. They taste great. I take 2 every morning and my day is leas stressful. They smell yummy. Great price. I usually get them on sale.

Not long ago, I got some Natrol melatonin gummies that had L-Theanine and GABA, I went looking for one that didn't have melatonin to take during the day, which led me to this product. After some experimentation, I've found 3 to 4 gummies are perfect for releasing me from anxiety. In fact, I feel pretty normal when I take these. The only con I have (like everyone else) is the texture needs to be improved, it's like chewing rubber balls and sticks to your teeth.

I love these and will continue use. I have the struggle nightly with my mind not relaxing when my body is ready to call it a day! But these seem to relieve my stress and help me sleep feeling refreshed in the morning.

Yes, these are pretty chewy for gummies. I must be different from all these other 5 star reviewers, these did not seem to make much difference to me. Still had trouble sleeping after taking the recommended dose before bed, and during the day, felt no difference at all.

I really thought this would just be another supplement that didn't work and a waste of money. I was very wrong. Not only did it start working the very same day, but when I missed a day, I definitely noticed the difference. I generally stay very tensed feeling. I don't know how else to describe it. Almost like I'm clinching my teeth all day. That gets very weary. This product has taken that away. I'm amazed. I think they taste like grapes. Since I've never had another gummy product I can only say they are a bit rubbery, but they chew well enough. I just hope they keep working this well. I also bought a bottle for my Father who has Myasthenia Gravis as stress is a big factor in that disease, and he is also amazed how well they work.

I wanted something natural to help wind down in the evening . These have worked good so far. I feel calm & I can go to sleep faster. I will be ordering these again.
