This is an excellent informative book about the New York Yankees. I liked this book because I learned some new facts that I did not know before. When I visited Seattle, WA and Safeco Field where the Seattle Mariners played, they showed those of us on the tour some pictures of the New York Yankees and of Babe Ruth. Since the Mariners and the Yankees played in playoff games in the past, perhaps these pictures were possibly a gift from the Yankees to the Mariners. Some of the interesting information in this book includes the following information: The Yankees franchise was first known as the Baltimore Orioles before they made the move to New York. However, they were not affiliated with the Baltimore Orioles of today's present time. The Yankees have the most players in the Baseball Hall of Fame. There are 21 numbers the Yankees retired. The Yankees have made trades with all 30 Major League Baseball Teams including the Boston Red Sox. For those people who want to learn more about the New York Yankees, this is an enjoyable book to read.

My 8 year old loves the EAGLES!🦅. We also want him to practice reading skills. This is the best of both worlds. Quiz answers are at the end of each chapter and there’s also a “Did you know” section. He lives quizzing his father!
