This worked well for my wife. She started taking it the day she gave birth to our second child & her milk came in so much more than with our first born. So I would say it worked immediately! 2 months later she is still producing lots of milk. Our freezer is fully stocked with milk as well! I will be ordering a second bottle for her. There has been no side effects like some other reviews mentioned like gas or a funny aftertaste.

It had 3 of the ingredients in it that my wife's doctor told her to look for and it had great reviews so she figured she'd give it a try.She took 3 pills a day, 3 times a day for 3 weeks (which was the entire bottle) but it did nothing for her. If anything she seems to be worse than what she was before she started taking it.Very disappointed :(

I've been taking this for about 2.5 weeks now. Just as a background story-- I only breastfed my first born for about a month supplementing with formula and after that, my breast milk supply dried up. So this time around with my second born, I was determined to breastfeed exclusively.Now, this is no miracle pill by any means but this did increase my supply. You can't just expect to the this and think your supply will be increased within hours. I power pumped, breastfed, and made sure to eat/drink nutritious foods/drinks.I love that the ingredients are organic.The only problem I do have with this product is that it tends to make me gassy if i take this 3 times day.

One of the properties of Milky Momma is "moringa" which got me interested in the product right way. "Moringa" is full of vitamins, minerals and nutrients. I've used Milky Momma for a couple of weeks and have seen,not only an increased milk production, but it's "richer"…and I feel really good…like I have some energy! My baby hasn't had colic for a week…so either he outgrew it or the Milky Momma is helping his digestion. It takes a while for homeopathic supplements to start working, so you have to give it a month or so to really see optimum results and improvements…it'll only gets better! Great product…thanks!

I loooveee this product itReally increased my milk production wonderful product before this i was using the mother love more milk special blend and increased my milk production thought it was a good pill but after this one no comparison this is way better I definitely sure u gonna love this product no doubt

I was really hoping that this product would increase my supply back, but after taking it for over a week I have not seen any results.
