Do you get the squeeze bottle

No, this item is just a storage option for the Sinus Rinse Bottle, or NasaFlo Neti Pot.

How long should one use the bottle before replacing it?

The manufacturer recommends replacing your nasal rinse bottle every 3 months. The stand should last a long time. I personally love this stand for the nasal rinse bottle, it keeps it out of the way and allows the bottle to dry in between uses. I would highly recommend this stand if you use a nasal rinse bottle.

Will this item hold the porcelain meti pot?

It does not, unfortunately. The porcelain NasaFlo Neti Pot is too heavy for it to be properly held by the NasaDock.

Will this item hold the 16 oz version of the bottle as well?

As long as the opening of the bottle is the same as the 8oz, I think it would.
