Great for use with gloves. All around quality. The usual subpar pouch.
So far, this is a pretty good multi-tool. I also own a similar tool of the Gerber variety, and this stacks up. My favorite thing about this tool is how easily the separate tools release from the inside of the tool; their action is slick. To give you an idea, I recently wore this on my hip while building an outdoor shed. While wearing gloves to handle shingles, I had no problem getting this out of the pouch and manipulating every part of the tool to open up saw blades, flat head screwdriver, etc. I was honestly amazed by how well this thing worked while wearing bulky gloves. I always had trouble even bare handed with the Gerber, but this thing is smooth. The pliers are also hinged, which I like because it allows me to quickly cut through smaller rope. The button to "release" the extended tools so they stow back into the handle are responsive and large. If you're looking for a multi-tool to use with gloves this is it.I expected a silver finish, but the one I got was a shiny black, which I ended up preferring. The only reason for a dock on the stars is the included pouch. Why these multi-tools won't spring for a hard, plastic molded sheath that borders on indestructible is beyond me. I'm pretty tough with my tools, and these pouches never last long. I can tell this pouch will go the way of the two Gerbers I've had previously, and the pouch includes a button instead of Velcro, which puts it even more squarely into the "after thought" category. I'd gladly pay $10 more for something that's just as durable as the tool itself to hold it. Overall a good purchase and I've certainly put it through its paces over the last month.

Five Stars
Awesome, heavy-duty multi tool. On par with leatherman for a fraction of the price. 5 star customer service too

You get what you pay for... pay more.
So, I got this a few days ago. I've been using it pretty much daily, and the only tool that isn't garbage is the pliers.Let's start with the sheath...it's busted. The snap closure broke the first day.To the tool itself, now that I'm looking at the actual product description, it's a interesting read. Wire cutters, check. Wire strippers, eh, technically I guess the little dip outs at the base of the cutters could be used for that purpose? Spring loaded nose pliers, Check, and the only redeeming feature on this tool. "Serrated edge knife" I guess, technically, there is a tool that could fit that description, but I've seen sharper, and more useful, fish scale removers. Long blade? Sure, it's a low end dull blade, but not horrible. Short blade, sure...it's actually even more dull than the "Serrated" knife, as in you can press it directly against your skin, pull, and feel safe that it won't do a bit of harm...It's a joke. Bottle/can opener? It's there. It's junk, but it's there. One of the flat head screwdrivers is, at a guess, the end of the "file" and sure, it'ed do the job better than the other two. The Philips is rounded edges and a joke.I bought this as a spare because I lost a much better tool...and, frankly, I should have just pulled a better pair of needle nose out of my kit and called it good. This thing is a joke. How this got a 4.5 star average rating I will never know.

I like its heft and width
I own a lot of multitools. It is difficult to find one at this price point that has all locking tools. First of all , I like its heft and width. They could have made it thinner, but for me, the size it is now makes it more comfortable in my hand. The pliers seem well made and strong and the tools all open easily. If I had to change anything, I would first get rid of the fish scalar and replace it with scissors. There is another tool on it that I could not even tell you what it is. I would replace that with either a saw, or a serrated blade. The main blade was also pretty dull, but it sharpened fairly easily. All in all though, my initial impressions with this tool are very favorable! It fills in a void between the really cheap tools, and the better ones made by Leatherman, Gerber, Victorinox, etc.

A Pretty Decent Tool
I normally don't write reviews, but considering this product seems kind of sketchy given that every single review has been by someone who either received the item free or "heavily discounted" I thought I'd chime in. Also I just commented on someone who did not purchase, but posted a 1 star and thought I'd give my first impressions at least (day one). As a comparison I have usually used the $10-30 price range multi-tools, so I have none of those $50-100 ones to be biased with, but I can say that the Cerberuso Multitool is hefty. It feels tough and although I don't want to drop it, the time will come and it seems like it could easily stand to fall off a roof and live another day. The style is nice, again it is bulky in size, but it is also secure and has a locking mechanism for the individual tools which you must press to be able to store them back (in case you are cutting the knife won't close up by accident for instance). Every tool seemed to move firmly, but easily enough that it wasn't a pain getting them out and if anything I wish the tools could be accessed without having to open the pliers, but that's due to the lock and doesn't take away from the product itself. If I remember I'll attempt to update later down the road, but for what I paid $22 I don't think that's a bad price at all. As for the sheath that it comes with, that is pretty useless and cheap. Something you could possibly buy for $0.50-$1, but that's not what you are buying and it will work initially, but I'm not even using it now. Plan to either not use it or to get a replacement down the road if you do want to keep your tool stored in something.EDIT: I've found out that the multitool can be had for $1. It is still a great tool, but if you are interested in getting one do a google search for it and you can end up getting one for practically free from the makers, which still sell it via Amazon.

Solid!
My first thoughts holding this out of the packaging was that it felt like a beastly tool. This tool was very useful camping. Used the saw, used the can opener, used the screw driver. The tools actually lock open which is cool.
