I had my son by caesarian section and had no help at all with regards to recovering afterwards.I didn't know at the time that anything could be done and I have struggled ever since with a number of health issues which resulted from having my tummy muscles cut and then not having any physio to minimise the after effects.So even though my only child will be celebrating their 30th birthday soon I still try various methods to see if I can improve on the current situation with my saggy front.I can see how these might have been helpful much earlier on and while they are not going to achieve miracle with me I find they are very supportive and I certainly feel more 'together' with them on. I think I shall need to persevere with them to see any lasting improvement.The belts are well made and put up with a lot of tugging and pulling - which is a good thing as I am definitely sized on the maximum of their capacity to cope.The only downside I can see is that the velcro doesn't have a specific fastening site - I presume to ensure these are as variable as possible. But the surface where the velcro attaches is not very sturdy and even after only one wearing the material is showing signs of severe bobbling and looks like it will disintegrate quite quickly.Probably not a problem for someone much slimmer and who won't be putting as much strain on the garments as my portly frame.

I like this it's not itchy on the skin, can wear it for longer and supportive. It's good that you can use it separately as well for separate regions. I wish I could have started this straight after birth but it can be good later on as well. It would make a perfect present as no mum will say this but they will need every help they can get, especially in the early days. This pandemic doesn't help either, so most of us won't be able to get help the regular way so at least as a form of help, this could make a good present. Really nice material and well made it’s been just over 11 weeks after a emergency section and it was quite sore but I think that’s more down to my healing process
