This Gear Replacement Kit will revive your worn out opener and refresh it as if it was brand new!The parts included are the gear, a washer that goes on top of the gear, the knife, a knife support and the two screws which screw in the kinfe and knife support. The are quality OEM parts and assembled with ease following the included instructions.Installation took about 5 minutes from beginning to end and only required a flat head screwdriver for the blade and something to jam between the currently installed gear and the can opener to keep it from spinning while you unwind the handle to remove the parts. I used the same screwdriver with an old rag wrapped around it to give it a bit more bite. The rag was destroyed in the process, so be warned. All in all, it gave me quite the fight to remove, but it eventually unwound and replacing the parts was a breeze and the opener was now opening cans like the day I got it.I would recommend this kit as the perfect OEM replacement.
