## Questions & Answers

**Q: Mine didn't appear to come with any instructions. Do I just make jello recipe as usual? How do you make it creamy colored?**
A: I use either 2 boxes of the small jello or one large box.   If you want the brain to be a little firmer you can drop the amount of water used, or add one or two pkgs of unflavored gelitin. You can use almost anything to make it "creamy" - as long as the jello has cooled a bit. Milk, baileys, condensed milk.... I usually of the blue. (can't remember the flavor.) I then use green and red food coloring to make the jello black. Then I add 2 large containers of cottage cheese to the cooling jello mixture. (an actual brain is gray in color).  Now, the last one I made didn't come out of the mold cleanly, but that was even BETTER!! I had a small tube of red frosting/gel and created a "hemorrhage" where it hadn't come out cleanly! (now I've given away my secrets!)  Hope this has helped!

**Q: Look like pretty deep crevices in the mold design (which makes it look so realistic).  Is it easy to unmold?**
A: Looks crazy awesome.  Very easy to release the mold.

**Q: Is there a trick to getting jello out? I've used plain strawberry jello and after it was all set we couldn't get it out without breaking the brain.**
A: I sprayed a little pam i pours\ed the jello inside, and after it set, I placed the mold inside some warm water before flipping the brain out on a plate.  Hope this helps.

**Q: can this be used for baking a cake?**
A: No, this item is not meant to be used in the oven. Great idea though!
