Sword Art Online: Phantom Bullet, Vol. 1 - manga (Sword Art Online Manga, 5)

The artwork is very good - the best I've seen in any of the SAO manga adaptations so far. I can't say I'm thrilled at the fact that a fifth of the page count of this volume is a recap of the Aincrad arc, but oh well. The pacing is... bizarrely good. This volume ends with Kirito entering GGO, so at this rate, it'll take at least four or five volumes to finish Phantom Bullet.However, the editors' request to "make it sexy," shown in the bonus comic at the end, worries me. Please, please, please don't do that. We get enough of it in Girls' Ops. Plus, it'd undermine all the juicy character development Sinon gets in this arc (and that's rare for an SAO character).Four stars instead of five because it's Phantom Bullet.

I don't know but when this book became free, I instantly bought it. I enjoy the Sword Art Online series, so I had to get it. I will not talk about the story but I will say I really like the artwork. This book also has some action, and I thought it was captured well. This book is pretty short and fast. It is great book, I totally recommend any Sword Art Online fans.

You should consider leaving all the blank white paper out. I gave Sao phantom bullet a rating of 5 because it was hysterical and makes me want to read more. I like the part where he does not know that he as a girl avatar, and what I do not like about it is all of the blank pages. The person I would recommend this to is markiplier.

Cool to have the manga version of Sword Art Online, even though the settings are little different from the anime it still is intriguing story.

SAO is one of the best manga/anime I've read/watched, it has a great story, great character development and art.Any fan of RPG, fantasy & adventure will love it.
