Disgusting customer service from Amazon/this company
UPDATED Review 16th June 2021:Sadly delivered in bits. Disgusting customer service. I didn't return the broken plate, it went in the bin and quite honestly I didn't want to put my hands in to retrieve it. I totally wasted my money on this item! The company (or Amazon) could have easily sent out a replacement. It's obvious my complaint is genuine, how would I have a photograph of a broken plate? I've been in business and am aware reviews can make or break a company, so I thought very carefully about writing this, but quite frankly your customer service skills are very poor. Had this been one of my customers I would have responded immediately. Please send me a replacement plate or refund me immediately.
