I got this to collect live fish on local aquarium club trips so needed portability. The container is made from a premium rubber material that will hold up well over times. The inside is smooth so easy to keep clean. The lid is nice for easy access and it closes right up after dropping in fish. The air pump on full charge lasted the entire trip and kept the fish alive and well. It will collapse right down to a couple inches for packing or storage. I could not be happier with this live bait bucket.

1-bought 10 months ago and first time using it. Walls won’t stay up.2-bait shop lady closed the lid and zipper fell off in her hand3-while fishing all day, water apparently got in aerator unit and now won’t shut off. I like the large size for carrying and transporting items , like a tackle box and other gear, to the fishing area. The shoulder strap and handles are convenient and sturdy. However, while using the product for a live bait bucket it proved difficult to see and there fore grab the small bait fish inside due to the all black interior. Also the overall black color makes it absorb a lot of sunlight generating heat inside. Making the water in it fairly warm and not a good environment for keeping small bait fish alive in for very long. I feel a white or light colored interior and top would be better, just saying. The included air pump worked well, making plenty of bubbles. Although the charging instructions are rather vague. Stating that "while charging the lithium battery the led light will be red and charge time was approximately 5 hours." The light BLINKED red continuously for 6 or 7 hours until I contacted Fishernomics out of fear of overcharging the battery and was told it should stop when fully charged. I stopped charging and went with it.

I was able to transport 6 of my 6-8 inch goldfish to rehome them from my pond. Worked awesome. My fish had little to no stress. The airator worked great. The people at the fish store were amazed at this carrying case.

The idea behind this product is awesome since our boat doesn't have a live well, but the quality of this product is not up to par. First of all, the box with the pump and parts were extremely damaged. The box fell apart and everything fell out when pulled out of the main shipping box. In the parts box, the air hose was folded up and had multiple kinks in it. Second, the collapsible option is cool, but it had no support to stay in the upright position. Even with water in it, it always slouched and was still flimsy. Finally, the only options are black which is not good if your out in the sun all day. You will sous vide your fish. If you do opt for this product, I highly suggest getting the large. We thought the medium (6 gallons) would be good for us, but it could probably only hold 3, on the smaller side, fish. If it helps, the air pump is the same as a small portable air pump for a fish tank. Look into you options first.

This carrier is a life saver LITERALLY. We had to transport my husbands prized fish from Texas to Colorado. He survived the trip and even survived being in this carrier for an additional two weeks due to issues with his tank. Highly recommend!!

Zippers broke on second use, came off tracks, and fell off. I expected it to last much longer than 2 uses and understand manufacturing errors happen, so I assume I received a bag with faulty zippers. Hopefully they can help rectify.I hate to write bad reviews, I know these folks are in business and trying to make money... they replaced my bag which I was very happy about, customer service was great. The FIRST time I used this bag out in Vero Beach, the zipper tag came off. I could deal with that, the actual zipper part was still there and I could just fix it. The other zipper was fine... shortly there after both the inside flaps (where you slide the fish through) both came completely off on first use. I'm a salt water kayak angler, most my fish wouldn't fit in the bag anyway, I knew this. For me it was strictly for live bait, so it wasn't like I was tossing huge reds in there. If ya'll are taking feedback, that little "holster" on the sides for the aerator should have holes in the bottom. The bait bag splashes water in sporty weather, that water pours over the side into the pouch and drowns and destroys the aerator. Thats an easy fix at home, but just a suggestion. Lastly, another suggestion, you might want to have more bag colors. Fishing in the summer, in Florida, with a black bait bag doesn't work well. The water temp gets too high and the bait dies no matter how many aerators/aerator tablets you use. (Black attracts heat, for those at home lol). Keep at it guys, I wish ya'll the best of luck!!!

I bought this product last year but never used it. I was heading out fishing and decided to use it, found that a large part of the bottom seam was split.This product is useless.
