This is the 2nd one of these I bought. It’s loud, has a red blinking light when activated & defo gets attention. What I found when testing multiple others is that pressing the activation button is EXTREMELY easily accessible. It’s not a small flick button on the side or a teeny round button in the middle… it’s a LARGE round button smack dab in the middle. You also turn off the alarm the same way. Some other devices, you have to turn it off via the underneath of the watch face which is embarrassing in a false activation. Battery lasts almost a year & it’s never malfunctioned in the 2 I’ve had from 2 diff sellers. The elastic arm band can get twisted behind the button so try not be lazy & keep it straight.

Convenient to use since I can reach it a lot faster to a keyring alarm inside my pocket, works, but noise level isn't loud as I expected. I bought this having previously been attacked, needed an alarm when cycling outside at night.

Bought for husband who has NEADS seizures to wear in house. Quite loud & very easy to use for husband if needed. Provides him with a little more independence within the house & reassurance that help is nearby if required. Highly recommended.
