A 1oz bottle in a single base coat can cover a good amount of surface area, however it may wear off in time. Applying multiple coats as well as using an acrylic finisher can help extend the durability of the paint. The best bet is to try out 1 bottle on your project and see if it is enough. They were vinyl type chairs, but very comfy..I wanted them for my porch. Looks like I bought them that way. Theyve gotton wet, snowed on and held up nicely. I expected a lighter pink, I thought it was like a blush rose color.
