Yes, I believe they do provide a replacement water bottle with nozzle and lid. Try looking up just Niteangel water bottle. But just beware because the water bottle I tried from Niteangel never worked. I provide my dwarf hamster with a small plastic dish of spring water now and he’s fine knowing where it’s located. He’s never fallen into the water and that was my initial concern.

Does anyone with a gerbil have problems with gerbil chewing wood?

I have a Syrian hamster and a robo hamster. Neither one chews on the wood that the bottle is in.

Does anyone have issues with this leaking? If so, any pointers to get it to stop.
