dissapointing quality
I purchased this over priced mug, the cup when stood on the table looks like the leaning tower of pisa, it leans to one side slightly as it is not perpen dicular to the base so something amiss in manufacture, im guessing these are rejects from somewhere and the seller in my opinion is tryng to pass them off as perfect

Logo hasn't lasted very long.
The "Friends" logo has worn off the mug after a couple of washes. You obviously pay more for the logo as against a plain mug. Very disappointed.

Not a new item
Item wasn't new as described in the listing. It was sent as a gift and there was an element of disappointment when removed from the packaging and the recipient discovered fingerprints and water marks all over the glass.Apart from this, the item was correct and came quickly.

Le verre est beau et sympa.La forme est original.En revanche,En lavage à la main uniquement, les inscriptions commencent à s'effacer après quelques semaines d'utilisation.En fait, les lettres se décollent.
