This is the first one to not do that. I try not to wash my hair too often, but by day three, it's pretty oily again. So, this isn't the shampoo for you, if you're looking for something to keep your hair going for lengths of time. Adds a lot of body and softness and does make my hair feel fuller for two days, that third day it sits pretty flat. The shampoo has a heavy vanilla scent and the conditioner is a bit more on the light and fruity side. I like the smell of the conditioner, not so much the shampoo, but I'm just not a vanilla fan. So that's personal preference. I'd still buy this again, even though I don't like vanilla scented things. Can't speak on the thinning hair/hair growth aspect, as I've only used it for a few weeks. But I can say it does not make my skin around my head oily (my face/neck/shoulders) other shampoos like head and shoulders or treseme do that so badly to me and make my skin and scalp ITCH!! this does make my head itch juuust a little bit... But, I have pretty sensitive skin.
