First off, the picture is incorrect for what you are getting. It is the smaller adapter/insert for the towel dispenser. I did my research and made sure the part number was correct, which this one was for my dispenser. I did wish that it worked a little easier, but it really helps only take out one towel at one time.

First of all, the version pictured is not the same as the one sent. The one sent is smaller, with a horizontal bar. It works okay if you pay attention to which side of the bar (in front or behind) the paper towels are fed through. When fed through the smaller opening in front of the bar, it works fine.
