First dittos to many of other one star reviews. Compare this picture as delivered to the sales photo. Box measures 7x7x17. Customer’s job to bend/shape each branch in attempt to achieve a tree-like shape. My top vertical branch was about a third the tree height making it impossible to achieve a symmetrical shape. Could not open battery box and did not want to force/break because planning to return. Biggest disappointment of all AMZN purchases.

The tree has a few less pinecones than I thought it would.Also there is nowhere in the base of the tree to store the battery pack unless I try to push it between the branches, otherwise it's sitting outside the base of the tree. The lights have on, off, and blinking settings. The blinking setting is at a fast rate. You need to prepare for loose "snow" to fall off the tree when you unpack it and set it up. I didn't end ended up with "snow" clinging to my clothes and on the table. All in all its a cute tree and I'm satisfied with the product.

The tree is OK for a decoration on the landing of my staircase It came packaged with the branches twisted around the trunk. It took a lot of fluffing and a lot of the white snow fell off the tree and made a mess. A total mess. That’s the reason for only 4 stars. It’s cute for the price. Just know the snow will fall off make a mess.

The tree is crooked - cannot straighten, and branches are uneven & have no symmetry.The tree is not what is pictured.Too much trouble to return.Smaller than expected.Might be ok in a small space.The tree came mangled and the bottom base is nothing as shown in picture.Where is this made --Let me guess!The lights are not white - they are yellow.

I took one star away for lousy packing from the manufacturer. Stuffed, crammed and distorted out of shape into a way too small box. Come on guys! You can do better than this. And what's with the flocking flying off the tree like its been in a wind storm.?? How bout using some glue...LOL That's cheap manufacturing at it finest. However.. once out of the box and after sweeping up loose flocking., I worked with it for about an hour. Shaping the tree, freeing crammed in branches.. As flocking was going everywhere, So I used an old trick of generously spraying the flock with "Hair Spray" and it basically glued and kept the flocking in place. Once this was done,,, well,, it's a darn cute tree. LOL I bought this because I'm to old now to mess with the big Christmas trees of my childhood and youth, and our family tree over the year. My ceramic tree is awfully heavy now. and I find it tedious to decorate any tree now. Just me getting old....So as it turns out, with the effort put into it, it's a great table top tree. I plan to store it up in a big bag, assembled and decorated for next year.

It's a nice small Christmas tree however it was shoved and smashed in a Box so you have to pull all the branches out and reshape the tree. However when you do that all the snow comes off. ALSO THER ARE NO BERRIES ON THE BACK ONKY THE FRONT.

Flocking is terrible. It was just falling off the tree in large clumps. What a mess!! I’ve had other flocked trees this year and none like this. I have no desire to fight this flocking mess every year so I’m returning the tree. It’s an ok tree but definitely not worth the almost $50 price tag.

So disappointing. Crammed into a too-small box. Started lifting the branches so it would look like a tree, and snow got everywhere. Very messy. All over my clothes, my floor, and the table on which I planned to display it. Then got three batteries, but couldn't open the battery case. I noticed that the battery case was a bit scratched up, leading me to believe I was not the first person to attempt to open it (and saw another review with this same issue where the battery compartment wouldn't open). The tree didn't look like the photo in the ad. It was messy. Put it back in the box and returned it. Save yourself the time, aggravation, and disappointment!

You will provide battery pack for the lights that does have choices of on, off and blinking. Also,I added some small flowers to fill in the gaps and it looks amazing.My mom actually likes it.Btw, be careful on the loose “snow” when unpacking, it would fall of everywhere.

The fake snow immediately started falling off as it was being unboxed. I lost at least a third of it before I got it out of the packaging/tried to fluff the branches. Also some of the berries fell off during the process. Very disappointed!

This tree is absorbed beautiful. What I didn't like what the bomb of mess that came out of the box, there was fake snow everywhere and a strong oder ( wear a mask ) I was disappointed that the burlap was all torn and tattered. After cleaning the crazy amount of mess, fixing the burlap it turned out quiet nice !!

Very poor quality and performance. Item arrived squished in a too-small box. Those extremely fake-looking snow and red berry were all falling off in clumps when trying to get it out of box. The battery box is messy and lack of cover and no switch or controller available to turn on/off lights. It was unsalvagable to make it look presentable for display.

Very cheap product. Not as big as the measurement says. Looks like the “ snow “ was dumped onto the tree. Battery pack has a short and you have to move it around to get it to stop turning lights off. Will return it because of all that and it’s definitely not worth the cost!
