My husband was going to buy weights but decided to give these straps a go.They do so much more than weights ever could and much,much cheaper!Well done to the makers.Update on previous review!One band snapped but seller was extremely efficient and prompt in sending full replacement.So still 5 star rating.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  I have recently undertaken resistance training and these bands are a great addition to the training. You can do multiple exercises and the bands allow you to double up, to achieve greater resistance, very pleased with them.

Bought these bands when we were forced into lockdown again, first time training using resistance bands and these didn't disappoint. stacking the bands up gave me the resistance I needed to get a good pump. not the cheapest on amazon but the quality is amazing and even come with an exercise poster to get you started.

I've been looking resistance band as I broke my old and being so many options I had to do hell lot of research to find the best or atleast good one and I found this model interesting so I took a chance even though there were only 4 reviews at the time of my purchase and I should tell you the quality and looks of this band did not disappoin me. I am not a heavy lifter but I use every two days for stretching and shoulder woek out and I find it really good quality

This is a really good product and I’m happy that I bought it. Seems strong enough so far. I use mines over/under door and it’s been great. The resistance on the bands are good for me and I like that you can double up on the bands if you would like to. The massage ball is a nice touch! There isn’t anything bad to say about this product.

Definitely worth the money..easy to adapt and plenty of exercises to complete

Been using these just over a month and they are brilliant, gained muscle and lost fat just by using these alone in lockdown excellent product and well made.
