Not really much to say about this product except that it is something that everyone should have before going to bed. You are able to take it multiple times during the day, but we just use it for good gut health

Metamucil is a great product, keeps me regular.My only complaint is it is ridiculously expensive considering what it's made from - the cost of the product is probably $1, and the packaging another $1-2. The rest of the cost is paying for advertising and profit. It gets 4 stars instead of 5 for the huge price markup.Nonetheless, this is an excellent product and part of my daily routine for many years. I never miss a dose and willing to pay the excess for good regularity. (I find the brand name product seems better and more palatable.)

I have used this product for years and years! It gives you great fiber.
