After reading some of the reviews, I was afraid it was going to break when I first tried it on. I was very careful. Thankfully mine was pretty sturdy.(1) I normally don’t wear headbands because they squeeze a nerve on the side of my head, making them intolerable. I wore this one all day yesterday without an issue. This may sound weird, but the fact that it’s “inexpensive” and lightweight plays in my favor. It did stay in place all day. I think the clipped hair helps keep it from sliding.(2) I’ve watched all the videos on how to do cute hair hacks, but can’t quite duplicate their results. This is quite an awesome hair hack. The black one blends in with my hair, and looks like I spent time and effort fixing it, when all I did was twist my bangs and clip. I did do some of my sides also. I believe I can get more of my sides in it also for a slightly different look.

Not sturdy. Clips fall off easily.

This headband took me straight to the 90s. It was darling!!!!! Such a cute, casual hair style! Unfortunately after about one hour outdoors, pieces starting snapping off and falling onto me. Several clips snapped (not being touched-on their own) then the headband itself snapped in half. Fun while it lasted :’(

I had chosen the black and the brown but unfortunately when I received it in the mail one of the pieces was broken off if it, however the one isn't and they included a scrunchy which is so pretty. I give it a 7 out of 10

It's a cute look and a great idea. Unfortunately, between it's design and materials, the hair slips from the clips too easily and if the band is jostled on your head once you've placed the hair in the individual clips, and everything's perfect, it all comes undone. You have to redo the entire job, not just try to 'fix' one clip of hair. Very frustrating.

The trick is wet your bangs before clipping easier that way.

Quality is good

Every pretty adornment on it fell off by the time you finally get your hair into the clips.Hubby had to re-glue them all back on with gorilla glue.
