I should have bud didn’t soak mine!After 2 hours of simmering in soup, it was undercooked .

Very good soup mix
This soup mix has a very good variety of pulses, grains and beans making it a healthy, nutritious based for so many soups, stews and casseroles. Very economical as a little goes a long way so ideal in budget-stretcher recipes for a warming winter meal.

I used this to try making a chicken broth and wow! It was wholesome and filling. Very nice.

Add abit of chicken or not it's just as nice on its own I add veg stock cube it lovely and freezes well

Maybe it's just me, but this was gross. Bought to add to a homemade vegetable soup and it just made everything taste gross and earthy (and not in a good way). I wouldn't buy these again.

Dried peas as hard as bullets.
Followed instructions of soaking for 12 hrs but the mix was still hard after cooking. The second time I soaked it for 48hrs and boiled it seperately before adding to the dish to cook for another 45 mins but ingredients were still disappointingly hqrd.I won't buy again.
