We have 2 German Shepherds and these guys do a great job of security in that they let us know whenever someone arrives which is really helpful. What we wanted to do was to gain a little control over barking at squirrels, pigeons, cats etc. The aim was to get our guys to listen to and obey a “quiet” command. We are about 2 weeks into the process of training and so far it is going well. The units are on charge overnight, paired easily, put on before the dogs are let out. So far the citronella gas refill has worked fine (separate purchase).We’ve been using the beeps at the same time as a “quiet” command. If they don’t listen they get a squirt of citronella. If the still don’t listen the get a loud beep followed by a big squirt. Seems to be working. Just brilliant to be able to quiet the dogs at the touch of a button (particularly if you’re on a Zoom call).Product quality seems good so far. The little flaps over the charging port and gas refill are a little fiddly and we will see how long they last but overall the functionality is excellent. The remote fob is really well thought out and good quality.Overall very impressed and the dogs seem to be taking notice. Timing is everything and not overusing the spray function seems to be the way to go, So far we are impressed.

We bought this in hope to dissuade our puppy from barking at everything, the cat, the door, her shadow everything you could imagine, on day 1-2 nothing but on day 3 coupled with positive reinforcement she started taking notice of the warning tone (we didn't use the spray) 10 days later we no longer need to use it, in my opinion it was well work the price, ok it wasn't needed for long but it resolved a problem before it came deep-rooted and now we know she will only bark if she needs something. 10/10

Great design and I think would work on most dogs. I have a Border Terrier and he took zero notice of either the beep or the citronella.

From the word go this had an instant effect on my 8 month old cockerpoo. It stops here dead what she is doing something we don’t want her to normally with just the quieter bleep. I almost feel guilty putting the collar on her as even putting it on turned off is now almost enough to be effective. When I put it on her she just comes over and lies down by me rather than carry on as normal. I don’t know how I feel about this so I only put on for short periods where I want to have complete control over her. There is no doubt it does work for my dog and stopped her greeting people by jumping up, getting up and stealing things and stopped her zoomies. I am very glad we got it as we have small grand children and she now knows to leave them alone and be very gentle with them. It changed our feeling about our puppy from what have we done to being a joy to own. That does not mean she now never gets up to mischief without the collar on as she still is puppy which is OK

It made my pet more difficult to handle

Our dog is very vocal if there are unknown people around, making it difficult to socialise her as she appears frightening to some.This has been a really good tool for controlling this without her associating the correction with us and potentially invoking fear towards us.The collar holds a charge throughout the day and is removed at night when it is recharged and refilled. The batteries in the remote lasted approximately 3 weeks which is far better than similar products we have tried. We top up the spray daily and have yet to find its run out (there is no indication as to whether it is full or almost empty and so we top it up every time it’s removed).Would definitely recommend, the best we’ve come across, and it’s been a very useful tool in distracting our dog and allowing us to refocus her on something more appropriate.

Good looking product. Nice unboxing experience. Shame it only lasted a week before all the remote functionality stopped working. It will take a charge but the on and off switch has ceased to work too. It’s utterly unusable. I’m not happy. Worse still. There is no way to return or repair it. Basically it's like tearing up £50 plus. Queen pants.
