SheaMoisture Body Wash For Dull, Uneven Skin Papaya and Vitamin C Paraben Free Body Wash 13 Oz

I use a lot of Sheamoisture's products. This is by far the best smelling. Leave skin much cleaner than other shower gels from this line, but still not drying. It has a fresh light smell. It doesn't leave you smelling like perfume after, but lightly scented. In the shower it smells the strongest and it is an amazing smell.

I ordered this a few months ago and it took me awhile to use it,( I have a lot of different products)..but when I did I wished I would have used it sooner.. This definitely does the job and the smell is pleasant

I like the way my body felt after. But the smell is terrible, I wish I could return but used it already. Just a waste of money.

It definately brightens, moisturizes, and makes the skin glow but the texture of it is not so wonderful. The smell is good but not all that. It does what it says it will do for sure no problems there. The only nik pik is when it's applied to the rag its hard to wash out because of the consistency or texture other than that I would definately buy again. 9/10 I recommend. 👍

The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a different body wash that I could use since my current one was running low. I came across this one... decent reviews. Decided to try it. First of all, this company apparently sucks at the packaging cause clearly I'm not the only one who had issues when it arrived. Lid is cracked, and it leaked inside the box. I don't know if this is a manufacturer problem or a delivery problem, but I've seen others with identical issues, so it seems a bit coincidental. Because the lid is cracked, I can't use it as intended because it runs out of the top when tipped over... God forbid I squeeze the bottle to get some out because it just leaks all outside of the crack and makes a mess, wasting product unnecessarily. So I have to take the cap off to use it. Second, the actual liquid itself is exactly that: LIQUIDY. It's not an actual body wash, which I'd assume to have a thicker consistency to it. See the video I posted. This is straight up watery. I don't know if it's supposed to be that way, or I got a bad batch. I think the ONLY thing that makes it somewhat of a body wash and gives it the tiniest bit of thickness possible, are the little beads on the inside. But it's hard to use with a loofah sponge when it runs right through it. It does lather up nicely when you're able to get enough product onto the loofah (or cloth, whatever you use), but it's definitely not something you can pour into your hands to wash all over. It's the consistency/thickness of hand sanitizer (without the evaporation part, lol) -- this is the best way I can describe it. As far as the "skin brightening" feature it claims to do, I don't think I've used it long enough to tell a difference. I'll update if I see any, but I don't put a lot of faith in products that claim to do any of that nonsense (seems more of a selling tactic). I just buy products based on smell and consistency. Lastly, I was expecting a nice, fruity smell... mostly like papaya. Well it doesn't smell like papaya. It smells like a harsh, chemically lemon zest. There IS lemon in the formula, but it's not a good smelling lemon. The smell isn't horrendous, just not what you'd expect. It's more on the chemical-esque side. Needless to say, I wouldn't buy this again.Update: apparently the bottle was supposed to have a safety seal (like most bottles like this do)?? I saw other reviews that said their safety seal was tampered with or missing altogether... well mine didn't come with a safety seal either, lol. Just a cracked lid and a messy bottle and box.

I love the smell - citrus floral to me. I can't really confirm the even skin or relief of dull skin claim. I hope it's working. I didn't really pay that much attention before I started using it. I just prefer exfoliating body wash and I don't feel clean without a scrub towel so it works for me. I seem to use a lot so I have a monthly subscription. It definitely doesn't dry my skin like others I've used.

Why the price went from $7.97 to $26.00 in one year

Love Shea moistures bodywashes, especially the lemon invigorating one and others, but now Amazon doesn't carry them anymore, plus you doubled even tripled in price!!! What's that all about. I'm an avid shea moisture fan. Not so much anymore. Who's paying $23 for a 15oz bottle of bodywash, that used to be a 3rd of that? That's insane. You could do better than this.. plus on the Shea moisture actual website they only have for women 3, for men 2 kinds to choose from!! Need to do better or lose more dedicated consumers. Packaging not great either for the price you pay Havr got to do better!!
