It’s a primer used under your foundation. **Q: I have red dry skin will this make it worse?** A: The green is supposed to help with redness, but I've found this formula to be terrible at making dry skin even more noticeable. In the past I've used foundations that have had either a mineral oil or petroleum base, both of which are better at dry skin than this Bodyography Foundation. Goes on incredibly smoothly and does not cake at all. I do not use foundation over it, but rather just a loose setting powder, a setting spray, and it lasts all day at my age of 56. I absolutely love this product! I bought the neutral, and previously used their Veil Primer in the shaded color, which I slightly preferred, but could not find any longer.
