Scanpan Classic 2 Piece 10 and 8 Inch Fry Pan Set

Outstanding quality and non-stick feature. Instructions suggest pre-heat for 60-90 seconds, which works great. I have never needed to use high heat, and clean-up is a breeze. They don't provide the egg sliding around the pan kind of non-stick as shown in cheap TV ads, but instead provide a nice, functional, and extremely easy-to-wipe-off non-stick cooking surface. Great product.

I am very satisfied with these pans. They are medium heavy, not too heavy. Very sturdy. They came promptly and very well packaged, and look better than pictured. They have a great feel to them and cook food nicely. They heat up fast. Cleaning is easy. I decided it was so easy to clean that I don't use my dishwasher, even though the directions state it's dishwasher safe. I also don't use metal utensils even though that's supposed to be okay as well.

I have owned several scan pans, and given them as gifts. They all performed excellently. The non-stick surface works great and is scratch resistant. The structure of the pan is a medium to heavy duty aluminum that cooks evenly.

best pan i ever owned, was recommended to me by a chef, sick of getting 4 cheapies over 4 yrs, just INVEST in this instead! Better than calphalon. Does scratch a little w metal utensils but finish doesnt flake etc.

I absolutely LOVE these scanpans. I do a good amount of cooking (4-5 times a week) and these have held up the entire time. They are super easy to clean and I love the fact that I can use plastic or metal utensils and don't have to worry about them getting damaged. I'm slowly trying to build up my collection as they are not as inexpensive as other nonstick pans. But I figure in the long run, I'll have these pans for a lot longer, making the costs worth it. The 10 inch pan is great for most everyday cooking needs/meals. Where as the 8 inch is great for small sides (grilled onion/bell pepper). Its also perfect size for omelets with no grease or butter needed!

I like it’s using less oil and non stick - 10 1/2” is a bit smaller than what I had in mind - should’ve ordered 11” but it’s more expensive

Early delivery. Pans were new in the scanpan box. I only used the pans once but so far so good.

Eventually were not so good anymore, replace with ceramic coated , maybe just not made to last? Perfect blend between to heavy cast iron and not durable others. They rinse clean with hot water and a wipe, no scrubbing . Nice weight and feel. make good steaks, never achieved that at home. And don't set off smoke alarm.

Great fry pan as it does not have just a coating but non stick is incorporated within pans. However note there are no lids; not necessary on smaller omelet pan but larger one could use a cover.

So far, so good. Very nice set that washes up nicely and treating them with kid gloves...no metal :-)))

Love love love these pans. I want to get another larger one so I can make tortillas twice as fast.

Been using daily for four months with no scratches. Will be buying other sizes, worth the extra bucks!
