wondering if anyone has seen improvement in hand pain?

I use mine throughout the day for about 5 minutes each time. I’ve noticed some improvement but not a lot. I’ve had mine for about a month. They don’t seem to hurt so I will continue using them. My doctor says it probably will take a while to see noticeable improvement.

I was hoping the balls were a little softer. They are very stiff for weak hands

Can they be used hot or cold?

I’m not sure. I just used them room temperature.

Is putty or balls better for hand exercise therapy?

I think both will be beneficial. I use the rubber egg to help with arthritis and neuropathy.
