Purchased these hand exercise balls for my mother she had only one but was a little large for her to work with I like the assortment of 4 would be better the softest one should be softer my mother is 92 years old but the shape is better to grip the material seems tacky I hope with time it goes away but she likes them

EI have a broken wrist. However, I need to keep my fingers moving. These exercise balls are firm and will probably help with any arthritis. I can carry some around with me and leave some next to my couch.

They were as mentioned in the description. It comes in a neat pouch too so handy to keep and carry. The only negative I think was there was no indication of which was of which strength. once who try using them you can figure it out.
