It's hard to rate this as it didn't work for me but I have SIBO and probably SIFO. Citrisafe is a very trusted brand for me. I started as a mast cell stabalizer and supposed to help sleep. At first, I thought it was helping sleep but then seemed like it made it worse. I stopped taking and started sleeping better. Normally, with the MCAS, I know immediately or at most in 3 days if a supplement isn't agreeing with me. I took this for roughly 2-3 weeks thinking I was fine. Then I got COVID in middle of trying so I kept taking assuming COVID was making stomach queasy. After I was over COVID I noticed every time I took the pill, my stomach got super queasy. I decided to look up and that's a common complaint with pycogneol in general. Only took 1-2 days for the queasy to dissapear after stopping. My whole family got COVID during this time and I ended up throwing up bc my stomach was so queasy. I assumed it was COVID caused but now wonder if the pycogenol wasn't the main culprit . None of rest of family threw up except me.That being said, I think this is a high quality pycogenol for me to take as long as I did. However, I suspect the SIBO may be to blame. That being said, I think it was me and not the quality of the supp.

This appears to be the highest-quality pine bark product, at a good price, among all the choices here on Amazon.I took a look at the company that distributes it, CitriSafe. It appears to be a small company, privately-held for many years, by a doctor in Albuquerque. It only carries a very short line of products: about a dozen mold & mildew cleaners, about 8 health supplements (including this one) & about 10 natural, non-chemical skin treatments. It also appears that the doctor decides what products to distribute, for the most part, based on his own personal needs & experiences. He had a video posted of he himself discussing & endorsing this specific product.Plus it contains no 'enhancements,' 'add packs,' or 'empty bulk.' Just the supplement, the gel-cap and a minimal amount of rice powder to carry the supplement. Instead of a horse-pill full of useless non-supplement.All that suggests to me that the owner/company is selecting high-quality raw materials and so this product is a good bet.

I got this because I've heard that this bark extract helps raise nitric oxide levels in the blood. Does it work? I have no idea. Like most supplements, I can't discern any real effect after several months of use.But as a supplement, it goes down easily and causes no discomfort. So there's that.... If you want this supplement, I have no reason to believe this product isn't a good value and worthy of your money.

Began taking this to help lower my blood pressure. I have been taking my blood pressure in the morning before I take the pine bark extract and about 1 hour after taking it. I also drink organic Hibiscus tea with the pill. My systolic B/P on average before taking it was 142 to 152 for the past 2 weeks. After taking the pill my blood pressure dropped to 130 to 142 about 1 hour after taking it. Initially, noticed some dizziness in the first few days of starting, but now don't notice any dizziness now. It works! I will continue taking this French Pine Bark Extract daily and will monitor my B/P, if not daily then about 2 to 3 times a week.

I have been having some dizziness or just unsteadiness when walking for about three years. I tried this supplement and had better balance within hours. Evidently it really enhances blood flow to the inner ear as I had read. Amazing.

Quality of components used to manufacture definitely determines whether you benefit from this supplement. May need to either double up on the dosage or take for a longer period of time.

Good enough. Better than some more expensive brands.

This product seemed to help somewhat with my tinnitus. Easy to swallow, no side effects for me.
